Oman Post, in alignment with Oman Vision 2040 objectives, has recently partnered with OTaxi to enhance its parcel delivery services domestically. This collaboration aims to ensure faster and more efficient delivery within 24 hours in Muscat and from 48 to 72 hours in other governorates. By reducing delivery times, Oman Post is not only improving its service offering but also supporting small and medium-sized enterprises across Oman that rely on rapid parcel delivery for growth and success.

Sheikh Ibrahim bin Sultan Alhosni, the Acting CEO of Oman Post, expressed the company’s commitment to exceeding customer needs through innovation and collaboration with the private sector. He believes that the partnership with OTaxi will enable Oman Post to introduce faster and more efficient delivery services that benefit both businesses and consumers. Eng. Harith Al Muqbali, the CEO of OTaxi, echoed this sentiment by emphasizing their shared vision of enhancing logistics and delivery services within the Sultanate.

Through this strategic alliance, both Oman Post and OTaxi are confident that they can deliver a transformative experience that empowers the growth and success of enterprises across Oman. Oman Post, as part of Asyad Group, has a track record of excellence in the postal sector, as demonstrated by its notable accolades including being ranked first in the world among the 190 member countries of the Universal Postal Union at the 2023 EMS Performance Awards. The company is committed to continuing to innovate and expand its service offerings to solidify its position as a leader in the industry.

This collaboration between Oman Post and OTaxi is just the first phase of an expansive plan to enhance service offerings, with a focus on parcel delivery initially and a plan to extend to include additional postal services in the future. By partnering with OTaxi, Oman Post aims to provide reliable and expedited parcel delivery services that directly benefit businesses and consumers alike. This partnership aligns with Oman Post’s dedication to providing customer-centric solutions and its commitment to engaging the private sector to achieve its goals in line with Oman Vision 2040 objectives.

In conclusion, the partnership between Oman Post and OTaxi represents a strategic move to enhance parcel delivery services domestically, with a focus on faster and more efficient delivery for businesses and consumers. By working together, both companies aim to provide a transformative experience that empowers enterprises across Oman and contributes to the growth and success of the postal sector in the Sultanate. With Oman Post’s track record of excellence and commitment to innovation, this collaboration marks the beginning of a new era in postal services in Oman.
