Residents of the Al-Malikiya Housing in Bahrain can look forward to the approval of the long-awaited Al-Abdah Mosque for daily prayers, as well as the establishment of commercial and service shops near the historic Prince Zaid Mosque by next year. This news was confirmed by MP Hanan Fardan, who expressed her gratitude to the Minister of Housing, H.E. Amna Al-Rumaihi, and the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments, H.E. Nawaf Al-Maawda, for their responsiveness to the demands and aspirations of the residents.

The reclassification of the land for the Al-Abdah Mosque from residential to service land has been a result of extensive communications and coordination with various relevant parties. Fardan emphasized the need for service ministries to take responsibility for providing essential services such as mosques, shops, parking lots, and other facilities in new residential neighborhoods within the Al-Lawzi area and villages across the western region.

Commending the efforts of the Northern Municipal Council and civil committees in addressing the needs of the residents, Fardan reaffirmed her commitment to monitoring this issue and similar concerns in collaboration with key officials. She praised the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning for being responsive to the demands of residents, particularly in areas featuring housing projects under the ministry’s jurisdiction.

As the development of the Al-Abdah Mosque and the establishment of commercial and service shops near the Prince Zaid Mosque are set to benefit the residents of Al-Malikiya Housing, this initiative demonstrates a proactive approach by the government to meet the needs of the community. By reclassifying the land for the mosque and advocating for essential services, MP Hanan Fardan is ensuring that residents have access to necessary facilities within their neighborhood.

The actions taken by Fardan in collaboration with government officials highlight the importance of responsive governance in addressing the demands and aspirations of residents. By coordinating with relevant ministries and councils, Fardan is working towards ensuring that new residential neighborhoods have access to essential services, thereby enhancing the quality of life for residents in the Al-Lawzi area and villages across the western region.

Overall, the approval of the Al-Abdah Mosque and the establishment of commercial and service shops near the historic Prince Zaid Mosque represent a significant step towards meeting the needs of the residents of Al-Malikiya Housing. Through the efforts of MP Hanan Fardan and the cooperation of various government officials, residents can look forward to enhanced facilities and services that will contribute to the well-being of the community. This proactive approach underscores the commitment of the government to improving the living standards of its citizens and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
