HE Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in Doha, Qatar, recently met with HE Dr. Mouhamed Habibou Diallo, the Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal to Qatar. The meeting marked the end of Dr. Diallo’s tenure as ambassador.
