The travel and tourism sector in Abu Dhabi is thriving, with three Emirati women making significant contributions to its success. Amal Salah Al Barout and Lamia Abbas are key figures at Miral Destinations, overseeing projects on iconic sites like Yas Island and Saadiyat Island. Meanwhile, Hind Galadari is spearheading operations at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi theme park. Amal, who has been in the tourism and aviation industries for 12 years, joined Miral in 2019 and has been actively involved in projects that boost the tourism industry. One of her career highlights was hosting Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum at SeaWorld Abu Dhabi.

Hind Galadari, the deputy general manager at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, has a keen passion for contributing to the rise of the theme parks and attractions industry in the region. With over 15 years of experience in operational management within the attractions and entertainment industry, Hind remains determined to excel at work and mentor future generations. Lamia Abbas, the influencer and celebrity program director at Miral, began her career in the aviation industry before moving to Miral. She has managed numerous opportunities and often worked with leading names in the influencer and celebrity space.

Emirati women have always played an integral role in developing society, and over time, they have proven to be profoundly capable of leading organizations and government bodies. Lamia Abbas, Hind Galadari, and Amal Salah Al Barout are prime examples of Emirati women excelling in their respective roles in the travel and tourism sector.
