The largest private school operator in the UAE, GEMS Education, has hired almost 2,000 teachers in preparation for the upcoming school year. CEO Dino Varkey announced the recruitment of 1,850 new teaching staff during a media round-table in Dubai. This number is slightly lower than the previous year, as the organization has been successful in retaining its existing staff. GEMS Education is constantly expanding to meet the growing demand for quality education in the region.

In addition to hiring new teachers, GEMS Education is opening two new schools to accommodate more students. Branches of GEMS Founders are set to open in Abu Dhabi’s Masdar City and Dubai South due to the high demand for this particular educational model. The organization is committed to providing exceptional learning opportunities for students across the UAE, and the expansion of schools reflects their dedication to meeting the needs of families in the region.

One of the schools that will see an increase in capacity is GEMS World Academy, which has opened a new building to cater to senior school students. The new facility, located near the existing building, will accommodate grades 9 through 12 and add 1,200 seats to the school. Recognizing the high demand for enrollment at GEMS World Academy, the organization decided to expand its capacity to accommodate more students and address the waiting list from the previous year.

As part of its growth strategy, GEMS Education is focused on providing quality education and enhancing the learning experience for students. The organization’s commitment to excellence is evident in its investment in hiring new teachers and opening new schools to meet the increasing demand for education in the UAE. By expanding its infrastructure and resources, GEMS Education aims to continue its legacy of providing top-tier education to students in the region.

Parents and students can expect a high standard of education at GEMS Education schools, with a focus on academic excellence, personal development, and holistic learning. The organization’s investment in recruiting new teachers and expanding its facilities underscores its dedication to providing a world-class educational experience for students. With a strong emphasis on innovation, technology, and student well-being, GEMS Education is committed to preparing students for success in a rapidly changing world.

In conclusion, GEMS Education’s hiring of almost 2,000 teachers and the opening of new schools reflect its continued commitment to providing quality education in the UAE. By investing in recruiting new staff and expanding its infrastructure, the organization is poised to meet the growing demand for education in the region. With a focus on academic excellence, personal development, and innovation, GEMS Education is setting a standard for educational excellence in the UAE and beyond.
