In the UAE, many residents rely on their salary as their primary source of income, making it crucial to receive their wages on time. Salary delays can disrupt budgets and lead to financial strain for individuals, impacting their quality of life. To address this issue, residents can file a confidential complaint online through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Mohre) website. By following a few simple steps, individuals can submit their complaint and have it reviewed by the designated officer to take appropriate action.

To file a complaint on the Mohre website, individuals can go to mohre.gov.ae, click on ‘Services’, then ‘Services for Employee’, and select ‘My Salary Complaint – Private Sector Employees’. They need to provide their information, including a Labor Card number or Passport number, and verify their identity to proceed with the complaint. Additionally, individuals can use the Mohre mobile app to file a complaint by signing in with their UAE Pass, accessing the ‘My Salary’ section, and reporting the delay in salary payment.

To be eligible to use the complaint filing service, individuals must be private sector employees in the UAE listed in the Mohre database with no pending complaints. The service is free of charge, allowing individuals to address salary delays without worrying about additional fees. Once a complaint is submitted, it will be reviewed, and if validated, forwarded to the Labor Inspection Department for further action. The process takes about 14 working days, and individuals will be notified of the result through text messages.

Receiving salary on time is essential for many residents in the UAE to manage their personal finances effectively and maintain their quality of life. By filing a complaint through the Mohre website or mobile app, individuals can address salary delays and ensure that their concerns are addressed by the relevant authorities. The complaint filing process is simple and free of charge, providing a convenient and secure way for individuals to seek resolution for payment-related issues in the workplace.

By following the steps outlined on the Mohre website or mobile app, individuals can submit their complaints confidentially and have their concerns reviewed and addressed in a timely manner. The Ministry’s commitment to ensuring timely salary payments reflects its dedication to protecting the rights and well-being of employees in the UAE. If you are facing salary delays, do not hesitate to file a complaint through the Mohre platform to seek resolution and ensure that your financial needs are met on time. The process is designed to be user-friendly and efficient, offering a convenient way for individuals to address payment-related issues and protect their financial stability.
