The Ministry of Transport in Doha, Qatar, has recently signed a cooperation agreement with Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) to provide unique postal services to beneficiaries of the Ministry’s land and maritime transportation digital services. The agreement was co-signed by Advisor to the Minister of Transport Hassan Al Hail and Chief Operating Officer of Qatar Post Hamad Mohammed Al Fahida.

According to Al Hail, this collaboration with Qatar Post will enhance MOT’s digital services system, making it easier for the public to access MOT-related services efficiently. The agreement also aligns with the Ministry’s goal of continuously improving its services to increase customer satisfaction by making them more straightforward and readily available anytime and anywhere. Al Fahida expressed his pleasure in cooperating with the Ministry of Transport to enhance the customer experience through advanced digital postal services, facilitating logistics and distribution operations in the land and maritime transport sectors.
