The Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Doha, Qatar has announced the launch of its updated version of the Single Window Online Platform (sw.gov.qa) in an effort to enhance digital transformation, improve services offered to investors, and increase efficiency in service delivery. The platform features a new and interactive interface that allows users to easily navigate various services. It offers a streamlined customer experience that minimizes time and effort to complete transactions. Users can now access a wide range of integrated services in one central dashboard, making it simple to track all transactions.

The updated platform includes a search tool for commercial activities and their specific requirements. This advanced search feature enables users to quickly find different commercial activities and view the conditions and requirements for each. The Single Window platform offers over 30 main services and more than 149 sub-services linked to 17 different entities within the State. Users can access the platform in both Arabic and English, providing an easy, fast, and round-the-clock experience. The platform also includes an e-signature service on the current version, making it convenient for users to sign documents electronically. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry is dedicated to continuously developing the platform by adding new features to meet investors’ needs and support the ongoing digital transformation process.
