The Ruler of Sharjah approved Dh21 million as compensation for property owners in Khor Fakkan. This amount is designated for individuals affected by the restoration project of the ‘Al Mansour Archaeological Fort’ in the Eastern district of Khor Fakkan. The compensation will be distributed to 29 people, who will be contacted soon to receive their payments. This directive was announced during an intervention on the ‘Direct Line’ program broadcast on Sharjah Radio and Television.

This initiative follows previous announcements by the Ruler of Sharjah regarding compensations for other areas in the emirate. Earlier this month, a compensation of Dh20 million was approved for owners in Kalba due to an expansion project. Additionally, over Dh15 million was allocated for homes in the city that were adversely affected during the historic rains in April. These measures aim to support individuals who have been impacted by various redevelopment projects and natural disasters in the region.

The approval of Dh21 million in compensation showcases the commitment of the Ruler of Sharjah to support and assist property owners in Khor Fakkan. By providing financial aid to those affected by restoration projects, the Ruler demonstrates a dedication to preserving the historical and cultural heritage of the region while mitigating any negative impact on local residents. This move reflects a proactive approach to addressing the needs of communities in Sharjah and ensuring their well-being.

The distribution of compensation to 29 individuals highlights the precise and targeted nature of the assistance provided in Khor Fakkan. By directly reaching out to affected property owners, the process ensures that those impacted by the restoration project receive the necessary support in a timely manner. This personalized approach demonstrates a commitment to transparency and efficiency in delivering aid to residents in Sharjah, fostering a sense of trust and reliability.
