Qatar Career Development Center (QCDC) recently took part in the 2nd Arab Career Development Conference (ACDC) in Alexandria, Egypt, led by the Arab Career Development Association (ACDA) in partnership with various organizations. At the conference, QCDC showcased its efforts to establish a national career development and guidance system that can serve as a model for the Arab region. The Head of Marketing and Communications, Mohamed Ibrahim Tagrida, and Programs and Services Officer, Mohamed Ahmed Al Kubaisi, highlighted QCDC’s unique approach to career development.

Abdulla Ahmed Al Mansoori, Director of QCDC, emphasized the significance of career security in the Arab region. QCDC’s participation in the conference enabled them to share Qatar’s advancements in career guidance and development with a broader audience. Al Mansoori underlined the importance of integrating career development into national strategies and adapting global best practices to suit regional contexts. The President of ACDA, Ahmed Kamal Mostafa, commended QCDC for their continuous support of career development in the region.
