The Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the UN Office in Geneva, HE Dr. Hind Abdulrahman Al Muftah, expressed pride in Qatar’s successful election in the UN General Assembly, securing a spot in the Human Rights Council from 2025 to 2027. This achievement is seen as a testament to Qatar’s global reputation and its commitment to promoting and protecting human rights on various scales – from national to global levels.
