The State of Qatar has successfully reunited Ukrainian children with their families in Ukraine, as part of its efforts to reunite families separated by the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. The Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, HE Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater, expressed her gratitude to the Children’s Rights Commissioner for the President of the Russian Federation and the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights for their efforts in facilitating the reunification process. The children were hosted at the Qatar embassy in Moscow before being safely escorted to Ukraine via Minsk.
