Dr. Isa Nasser Al Nuaimi, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Consular and Administrative Affairs, recently met with Antonio Morales, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines for Administration.
