GCC U-15 Championship stage is set

The GCC Under-15 Basketball Championship is set to begin at the Qatar University Hall with Qatar squad taking part in a training session to prepare for the tournament. The championship will kick off with Saudi Arabia facing the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain playing against Oman on the opening day. Qatar will start their campaign against Oman the following day, with Kuwait taking on the UAE. The teams are divided into two groups, with Group A consisting of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the UAE, while Group B includes Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. The tournament is scheduled to conclude on August 19.

The Qatar Basketball Federation (QBF) has ensured that all necessary preparations have been completed to host the tournament in a professional manner. The players include Muhanna Khalid, Ibrahim Al Mufti, Jassim Al Qahtani, Hamad Al Langawi, Abdulaziz Al Qahtani, Majed Al Mansour, Mohammed Al Badi, Ahmed Yassin, Mohammed Al Qahtani, Mishaal Al Mughni, Sultan Abdullah, Mohammed Al Khuzaei, Azzam Yakan, and Saud Al Mughaiseeb.

The championship is expected to showcase some exciting basketball matches between the talented young players from across the GCC region. With intense competition expected among the participating teams, fans can look forward to witnessing some thrilling games throughout the tournament.
