Employment Opportunities in the UAE: 7 government entities and companies recruiting citizens at a 3-day career fair.

Emiratis seeking job opportunities have a chance to explore hundreds of job positions at the ongoing exhibition in the UAE that aims to enhance the Emiratization strategy and facilitate national talents in securing jobs and advancing their careers. The 2024 UAE Careers Fair ‘Ru’ya is hosting various governmental entities and private sector companies offering numerous job opportunities. Interested candidates are encouraged to visit the fair and apply for available positions.

Dubai Police has announced 175 job vacancies for university graduates and high school diploma holders, providing an opportunity for individuals to apply for various roles within the organization. Candidates can visit Dubai World Trade Centre to learn more about the available positions and apply using smart technology through Dubai Police’s online portal. Additionally, Abu Dhabi Civil Defence has also announced vacancies in the fire prevention and safety department, inviting citizens to explore job opportunities and meet the job requirements.

The Ministry of Defence has introduced a new website “Tajneed” to recruit new cadets as part of its participation in the event, offering an easy-to-use platform for interested candidates to apply and facilitate the recruitment process for the nation’s youth. Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority is offering 83 positions across different professional and administrative specializations through various career tracks. The RTA is also conducting on-the-spot interviews to prepare candidates for their designated roles during the exhibition.

The UAE’s National Guard Command (NGC) is seeking fresh cadets to strengthen its ranks, particularly calling on female citizens to join the special tasks group. NGC aims to utilize the skills, determination, and physical fitness of female nationals who aspire to serve their country. Interested female applicants must meet specific criteria and requirements, including being a UAE citizen, completing national service, holding a high school diploma, passing medical examinations, and meeting age and height requirements.

Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) has introduced a part-time employment program for Emirati students, allowing them to work across different departments and branches, providing benefits such as flexible working hours, monthly salary, annual leave, study leave during exams, and health insurance. United Arab Bank is offering on-the-spot hiring for various job openings to Emirati talents during the exhibition, showcasing its commitment to supporting Emiratization initiatives and cultivating a dynamic and diverse workforce.

Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has announced over 350 job opportunities in the private healthcare sector for Emirati citizens across health, medical, technical, and administrative specializations as part of its localisation strategy. Interested candidates can visit the DHA stand at the Ru’ya Career Fair at Dubai World Trade Centre. The Ru’ya Careers exhibition will continue until September 26, providing ample opportunities for Emiratis to explore and apply for job positions across various sectors.
