Dubai Safari Park is set to kick off its sixth season on October 1, after undergoing significant upgrades during the summer off-season. The park, which is managed by the Dubai Municipality, has announced that more details on new experiences and attractions will be revealed in the coming weeks. According to Ahmad Al Zarouni, the director of Public Parks and Recreational Facilities at the civic body, the new season opening will offer Dubai visitors the chance to experience wildlife in a completely new way for the region. The park offers close-up encounters with a variety of wildlife in six uniquely themed zones, accessible either on foot or via a shuttle train.

Each zone within the Dubai Safari Park provides educational and immersive activities that highlight animal welfare and conservation efforts, along with live presentations by expert zoologists to engage visitors of all ages. With over 3,000 animals representing 78 mammal species, 50 varieties of reptiles, and 111 kinds of birds, the park offers a diverse array of animals within environments thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of each species. Visitors can look forward to exploring the expansive landscape of the park and enjoying interactive experiences with the animals.

In addition to Dubai Safari Park, Global Village, another popular attraction in the emirate, is also gearing up for its 29th season beginning on October 16. As the UAE residents anticipate the gradual decrease in temperatures with the arrival of the autumn equinox on September 23, popular destinations are preparing to welcome visitors once again. Global Village will remain closed during the summer months, along with other attractions like Al Wasl Plaza and Dubai Miracle Garden. The park’s reopening will mark an exciting phase in Dubai’s tourism promotion efforts.

Dubai’s tourism industry is continually evolving, with attractions like Dubai Safari Park contributing to the overall experience for visitors. The park’s emphasis on wildlife conservation, education, and immersive experiences sets it apart as a unique outdoor destination in the region. By offering a chance to connect with animals in a respectful and engaging way, Dubai Safari Park provides a memorable experience for guests of all ages. With the upcoming season promising new experiences and attractions, visitors can look forward to an enhanced and enriching wildlife adventure.

As summer comes to an end and temperatures cool down, residents and tourists in the UAE are gearing up to explore popular destinations like Dubai Safari Park and Global Village. With the autumn equinox marking the transition to cooler months ahead, the reopening of these attractions signals a return to normalcy and an opportunity for visitors to enjoy outdoor experiences once again. Whether you’re looking to immerse yourself in nature, learn about wildlife conservation, or simply have an engaging day out, Dubai Safari Park’s upcoming season promises something for everyone. Stay tuned for more updates on the park’s new offerings and experiences as it embarks on its sixth season.
