The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) of Qatar recently participated in the World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly 2024 (WTSA-24) in New Delhi, India, showcasing its commitment to advancing global telecommunication standards. Led by President Eng Ahmad Abdulla Al Muslemani, the CRA delegation engaged in discussions with key leaders from the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) to highlight Qatar’s capabilities and contributions to sustainable development worldwide.

The delegation also met with Ambassador of Qatar to India H E Mohammed bin Hassan Jaber Al Jaber to discuss Qatar’s preparations for hosting the 2026 ITU Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-26).
