The battleground state of Pennsylvania saw both presidential nominees, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, campaigning for votes on Monday. Harris criticized Trump, calling his behavior “unstable and unhinged” and expressing concern about the possibility of him being reelected. Trump, on the other hand, made controversial comments suggesting the use of the military to deal with “the enemy from within.”

Harris made her 10th visit to Pennsylvania during this campaign season, highlighting the importance of the state in the upcoming election. Trump, on the other hand, emphasized his plans to increase US oil drilling as a way to lower energy costs. Both candidates are focusing on winning Pennsylvania, a state that could potentially play a key role in the election, given Biden’s slim margin of victory over Trump in the state in the last election.

Trump’s comments about using the military to handle potential disruptions on election day have sparked controversy, with Harris and others expressing concern about the implications of such statements. Meanwhile, Harris urged US citizens to vote early in Pennsylvania, where a large voter turnout is expected. The state’s 19 electoral votes make it a crucial battleground for both the Democratic and Republican campaigns.

In addition to Pennsylvania, Trump and Harris have been actively campaigning in other swing states such as Michigan and Wisconsin. Both campaigns are vying for these states, which were traditionally part of the Democrats’ “blue wall” but shifted towards Trump in the last election. With the election heating up, both candidates are focusing on key swing states to secure the necessary electoral votes for victory. The upcoming election promises to be a closely contested battle, with Pennsylvania playing a pivotal role in determining the outcome.
