Golfing brothers Sam and Jay Mullane have recently been announced as Ambassadors for Weekend Warriors (WW) Inc., a sport and lifestyle brand. Sam and Jay, aged 21 and 23 respectively, are known within the UAE golf community for their dedication and support in Emirates Golf Federation (EGF) Order of Merit events. Both brothers are passionate about promoting golf in the region, and their roles with WW Inc. perfectly align with their lifestyle as young athletes balancing competition and social engagement. As ambassadors, they aim to inspire more young golfers in the UAE to take up the game and stay connected with the brand’s philosophy of blending sport, health, and modern trends. Their roles are expected to bring more visibility to golf in the region and advance the brand’s mission of combining fitness, competition, and an innovative approach to the sport.

The brothers, currently playing in the Thailand Men’s Amateur Open, plan to participate in the Bahrain Amateur and King Hamad Trophy in October. Sam also mentioned his participation in the Asian Development Tour event in Cambodia in September. CEO of Weekend Warriors, Jay Wilson, shared the brand’s mission to disrupt the sports and apparel industries by creating an inclusive and innovative ecosystem providing clothing, equipment, events, and digital memberships with a focus on customer experience and grassroots community. Jay, originally from Australia and now residing in Dubai, is passionate about various sports and is particularly fond of golf, playing off a Handicap of 12. He emphasized the importance of supporting the next generation of golfers and including the community in the brand’s success through community ambassadors who could potentially join the physical team.

Weekend Warriors Inc. has garnered attention in the UAE golf scene, with the Mullane brothers being among the brand’s ambassadors. Jay expressed his admiration for the talent of Sam and Jay in the UAE golf scene, wishing them success in their upcoming season. The brand now has four golfers wearing their apparel on tour, including the Mullane brothers, Brody Harbinson, and Shae Wools-Cobb. Harbinson, an Australian living in Florida, competes in the Mexican Golf Tour and will take part in the Korn Ferry Tour Qualifying School. Wools-Cobb, another Australian, competes on the Australasian Tour and Asian Development Tour. Weekend Warriors Inc. aims to create a community within products and events that are affordable and inclusive for all types of Weekend Warriors. For more information, visit www.weekendwarriors.io.
