The National Center for Early Warning of Multiple Hazards has issued updates on Tropical Storm Asna in the Arabian Sea. The storm is currently located near the Indian and Pakistani coasts and is moving westward towards the Oman Sea, approximately 900 kilometers from Sur. The Civil Aviation Authority has identified two potential scenarios for the storm’s trajectory as it approaches the Oman Sea.

In the first scenario, Tropical Storm Asna could move towards coastal areas between Muscat and South Al Sharqiyah, bringing isolated rainfall and occasional thunderstorms to South Al Sharqiyah, North Al Sharqiyah, Muscat, and parts of South Al Batinah and Al Dakhiliyah governorates on Sunday and Monday. These conditions could lead to the flow of some wadis.

Alternatively, the storm may shift southward to southwesterly directions, gradually weakening and moving away from the coast of South Al Sharqiyah. In this case, isolated rainfall is expected over South Al Sharqiyah, North Al Sharqiyah, and Al Wusta governorates. The National Center for Early Warning of Multiple Hazards is closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates and alerts as necessary.

Residents in the affected areas should stay informed about the latest developments and follow any instructions from local authorities. It is crucial to take necessary precautions to ensure safety during severe weather conditions. Stay tuned for updates on Tropical Storm Asna and be prepared for any potential impacts it may bring to the region.

As Tropical Storm Asna approaches the Oman Sea, it is essential for residents to be prepared for potential changes in weather conditions. Keep emergency supplies on hand, such as food, water, and medical supplies, in case of power outages or road closures. Stay informed through official sources for the most up-to-date information on the storm’s trajectory and any evacuation orders that may be issued.

In conclusion, the National Center for Early Warning of Multiple Hazards is closely monitoring Tropical Storm Asna as it moves towards the Oman Sea. Residents in the affected areas should stay informed about the storm’s trajectory and be prepared for potential impacts. Follow any instructions from local authorities and take necessary precautions to ensure safety during severe weather conditions. Stay tuned for updates on Tropical Storm Asna and be prepared for any changes in weather conditions in the coming days.
