The Sultan receives a message in writing from the Emir of Qatar

The Sultan of Oman, Haitham bin Tarik, recently received a written message from Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar. The message was delivered to Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, by Sheikh Mubarak bin Fahad Al Thani, Ambassador of Qatar to Oman.
