The Saudi Pro League has recently announced a partnership with Webook, which will serve as the official ticketing platform for the league for the next three seasons, beginning with the 2024-2025 season. This collaboration is set to bring flexibility to participating clubs, allowing them to introduce new services and products such as early ticket releases and season tickets tailored to each club’s preferences. Webook will provide technical assistance, continuous promotion, and marketing of tickets in its initial phase, contributing to increased sales.

One of the key aims of this partnership is to enhance the overall fan experience by simplifying access for both local and international audiences through a unified ticketing site for league matches. The participating clubs will retain all ticket revenues, without affecting the allocation of seats for home and away fans, which is set at 70% for the home team and 30% for the visiting team, in accordance with the league’s operational regulations. Host clubs will have the authority to set ticket prices, ensuring affordability for all fans, with a minimum ticket price of SR10 and a requirement that 30% of the stadium’s capacity be sold at prices not exceeding SR30.

The league is also looking to implement a fully digital ticketing system through Webook, with plans to integrate the platform with club websites in order to offer multiple online outlets for ticket purchases. Additionally, a dedicated ticketing section will be available on the league’s official website, ensuring easy access for fans to purchase tickets. The Saudi Pro League will play a crucial role in overseeing the ticketing process, helping to curb the black market, and ensuring that clubs receive their appropriate share of stadium capacity as outlined in the regulations, while making ticket purchases as accessible as possible for fans.

Overall, this collaboration between the Saudi Pro League and Webook is set to revolutionize the ticketing process for league matches, bringing more flexibility, convenience, and affordability to fans. The partnership aims to not only increase ticket sales but also to enhance the overall fan experience by simplifying access for both local and international audiences. By providing technical assistance, continuous promotion, and marketing of tickets, Webook will support clubs in introducing new services and products such as early ticket releases and season tickets tailored to each club’s preferences.

With plans to implement a fully digital ticketing system through Webook and integrate the platform with club websites, fans will have multiple online outlets for purchasing tickets, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. The Saudi Pro League will oversee the ticketing process, help prevent the black market, and ensure that clubs receive their appropriate share of stadium capacity, while maintaining affordability for fans.Overall, this new partnership is a significant step towards enhancing the fan experience and making ticket purchases more accessible for fans of the Saudi Pro League. The collaboration between the league and Webook is expected to bring a new level of convenience, flexibility, and affordability to the ticketing process for league matches, ultimately benefiting both clubs and fans alike.
