Qatar and IOM Sign Agreement to Strengthen Collaboration

The State of Qatar and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) recently signed an agreement to enhance cooperation and support the IOM Mission Office in Doha. This agreement highlights Qatar’s commitment to supporting international organizations in achieving humanitarian and development goals on regional and international levels, particularly in urgent assistance cases. The State of Qatar believes in the principle of international partnership to achieve common goals.

The agreement was signed by Acting Assistant Director of the International Organizations Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Hammadi, on behalf of the Government of the State of Qatar. On behalf of the IOM, Acting Head of the IOM Mission to the State of Qatar, Eva Naqvi, signed the agreement. The collaboration aims to strengthen joint efforts and provide necessary support to the IOM Mission Office in Doha.

With this agreement, the State of Qatar continues to demonstrate its dedication to supporting international organizations.
