Qatar Airways, recently named the World’s Best Airline by Skytrax in 2024, is expanding its operations in Amsterdam by increasing its weekly flights from 10 to 14. Starting November 12, 2024, the airline will launch four additional weekly flights from Amsterdam until March 29, 2025. This expansion will enable an additional 40,000 passengers to travel between Amsterdam and Doha through Qatar Airways’ hub, Hamad International Airport (DOH).

Thierry Antinori, Qatar Airways Chief Commercial Officer, expressed the airline’s excitement about meeting the growing travel demand in Amsterdam, which is a crucial destination in their European network. He emphasized their commitment to providing world-class service to travellers from Amsterdam as they connect to over 170 global destinations. With the increased flights, passengers will have more options to enjoy winter getaways in popular destinations like Bali, Bangkok, and Ho Chi Minh City. Amsterdam, known for its historic canals, is a favored destination for travellers from Asia and Australia.

The new winter schedule for Qatar Airways flights to Amsterdam will commence on November 12, 2024. Flights departing every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday will connect Doha to Amsterdam with flight QR275 departing at 07:55 and arriving at 13:00. The return flight, QR276, will depart Amsterdam at 15:20 and arrive in Doha at 23:30. The existing winter schedule, starting October 27, 2024, includes daily flights departing at specific times as well as flights departing every Monday, Friday, and Sunday for added flexibility.

The expansion of Qatar Airways’ operations in Amsterdam is part of the airline’s strategy to enhance connectivity and cater to the increasing demand for travel to and from the Dutch capital. By offering more flights and destinations for passengers to choose from, Qatar Airways aims to provide a seamless and convenient travel experience for customers. With their state-of-the-art fleet and award-winning service, Qatar Airways is committed to delivering excellence in air travel for passengers flying to and from Amsterdam.

Travellers flying with Qatar Airways to Amsterdam can look forward to experiencing the airline’s renowned hospitality and cutting-edge amenities onboard. From comfortable seating to delectable cuisine and entertainment options, Qatar Airways ensures a pleasant and memorable journey for all passengers. With the addition of more weekly flights, passengers can now plan their travel itineraries more flexibly, whether for business or leisure, and explore the many attractions that Amsterdam and other global destinations have to offer.

As Qatar Airways continues to expand its presence in key markets around the world, the airlines’ commitment to providing top-notch service and connectivity remains unwavering. With the launch of four additional weekly flights to Amsterdam, Qatar Airways is set to strengthen its position as a leading global airline and offer passengers more choices for seamless travel experiences. Whether travelling for work or pleasure, passengers can rely on Qatar Airways to deliver exceptional service and ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey to their desired destinations.
