The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) in Qatar has announced a change to the call center’s landline number for visitors from outside the country. The new number, +974-44066466, will replace the previous number +974-44069917. This change is aimed at improving the appointment booking process for patients and visitors coming from abroad. The old number will continue to operate until September 10, as part of preparations to integrate new features into the service.

The PHCC emphasized that updating the landline number will not affect patients and visitors within the State of Qatar. They can still communicate with the call center as usual through the number 107. However, patients and visitors from outside the country are advised to use the new number for all inquiries. The new number started operating yesterday. This change is expected to streamline the appointment booking process and make it more convenient for international patients seeking healthcare services in Qatar.

By introducing the new number, the PHCC aims to provide a more efficient and reliable service for patients from outside the country. This initiative is part of the corporation’s efforts to enhance the overall patient experience and ensure seamless communication between healthcare providers and international visitors. The new number is designed to simplify the appointment booking process and make it easier for patients to access the healthcare services they need while in Qatar.

Patients and visitors from abroad are encouraged to use the new landline number for all inquiries related to booking appointments and accessing healthcare services in Qatar. The PHCC is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to all patients, regardless of their location. By updating the call center’s number for international visitors, the corporation aims to facilitate better communication and improve the overall patient experience for those seeking medical treatment in Qatar.

Overall, the change to the call center’s landline number for visitors from outside the country is a positive development that will enhance the appointment booking process and improve communication between patients and healthcare providers in Qatar. The new number is expected to make it easier for international patients to access the healthcare services they need while ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process. By staying up to date with the latest changes and improvements in their services, the PHCC demonstrates its commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services to patients from all around the world.
