The Ministry of Interior in Doha, Qatar recently concluded a basic aviation security course for female personnel, with participants from various countries. The course, held from December 22 to 26, saw the attendance of 11 female officers from the department, two female officer trainees from Kuwait, and two other female trainees from Saudi Arabia. The Director of Women’s Police Institute at the Police Academy, Lt. Col. Kholoud Anbar Al Nuaimi, and Assistant Director of the Airport Security Department, Major Zayed Rashid Al Nuaimi, praised the cooperation and discipline of the participants during the course. Major Al Nuaimi highlighted the course’s objective of introducing the trainees to Qatar’s experience in organizing major events and securing airports during the upcoming FIFA World Cup in 2022.
