The Rental Dispute Centre (RDC) in Dubai has recently received a generous donation of Dh1.2 million from Abdulla Ahmed Al Ansari. This donation is intended to assist individuals facing financial difficulties in rental disputes, particularly those affected by lawsuits and judicial rulings. The funds will be used by the Yad Al Khair (Hand of Giving) Committee at RDC to provide support to humanitarian cases in need. RDC ensures that deserving cases are carefully reviewed and supported through coordination with social organizations. Additionally, benevolent business people often personally contribute to assist these cases.

Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed, the chairman of RDC, highlighted the importance of supporting the most vulnerable individuals in society. He emphasized the center’s commitment to resolving rental disputes for all segments of society, including those facing financial hardship. The goal is to assist as many needy and affected individuals as possible, promoting stability in landlord-tenant relationships and ensuring a sustainable real estate environment in Dubai. The Yad Al Khair Committee plays a crucial role in fostering a spirit of solidarity, social cohesion, and cooperation among community members.

Abdulla Ahmed Al Ansari expressed his dedication to enhancing humanitarian work and collaborating with partners from both the public and private sectors to support the leadership’s efforts in instilling a culture of philanthropy within the community. The humanitarian aid provided by Ansari’s donation is expected to significantly contribute to the goals of the Yad Al Khair Committee. RDC has exclusive jurisdiction to resolve all rental disputes between landlords and tenants of real property in Dubai, including those in free zones.

As part of its mission, RDC aims to provide assistance to individuals facing financial difficulties in rental disputes. The center works closely with social organizations to review and support humanitarian cases in need, ensuring that those affected by lawsuits and judicial rulings receive the necessary assistance. In addition to contributions from generous donors like Al Ansari, RDC also receives support from benevolent business people who personally reach out to assist with these cases.

Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed emphasized the importance of supporting vulnerable individuals and resolving rental disputes for all segments of society. By promoting stability in landlord-tenant relationships and ensuring a sustainable real estate environment, RDC plays a vital role in fostering solidarity and cooperation among community members. The donation from Abdulla Ahmed Al Ansari and the ongoing efforts of RDC highlight the commitment to providing humanitarian aid and support to those in need, ultimately contributing to achieving the goals of the Yad Al Khair Committee.

The collaboration between public and private sectors, as exemplified by Al Ansari’s donation, is crucial in reinforcing the leadership’s efforts to instill a culture of philanthropy within the community. By working together to support humanitarian initiatives, organizations like RDC can make a significant impact in addressing the needs of vulnerable individuals in rental disputes. Through these collective efforts, the goals of the Yad Al Khair Committee and the broader mission of promoting social cohesion and cooperation can be achieved, ultimately benefiting the community as a whole.
