Cityscape Qatar 2024 is currently underway at the Doha Exhibition and Conference Center, featuring over 60 developers, 10,000 plus attendees, and more than 110 projects. Under the patronage of Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the event aims to showcase Qatar’s flourishing real estate market. To register for the event, visitors can visit the Cityscape Qatar website. Attendees will also have access to three additional exhibitions alongside Cityscape: The Big 5 Qatar, Index Design Qatar, and the Qatar Real Estate Forum. The event will bring together exhibitors from Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, offering attendees a global perspective on real estate offerings and opportunities.

Exhibitors at Cityscape Qatar include Qetaifan Projects, UDC, Qatari Diar, Barwa Real Estate, and Al Waab City, showcasing their flagship projects and latest offerings. Event timings are as follows: October 13 – 10:15am–8pm; October 14 – 12pm–8pm; October 15 – 12pm–10pm. Alexander Heuff, Exhibition Director of Cityscape, promises to showcase a wide range of real estate options for home buyers, end-users, and investors including ready-to-move-in apartments, villas, off-plan launches, and international investment opportunities.

Cityscape Qatar has a history of facilitating significant deals, with last year’s event covering hundreds of millions of dollars in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This year’s event aims to build upon that success by providing attendees with even more valuable insights and opportunities in the ever-expanding investment landscape. The Qatar Real Estate Forum at Cityscape Qatar will focus on the theme ‘Aqarat’s Future’, emphasizing transparency, sustainable development, digital integration, and alignment with global best practices to enhance investor confidence.

Furthermore, the event will delve into the importance of effective partnerships and dispute resolution mechanisms in attracting foreign investments to Qatar’s real estate sector. By exploring these key topics, Cityscape Qatar 2024 aims to boost confidence among investors and global firms and drive further growth in the real estate industry. With its diverse array of exhibitors, valuable insights, and global perspectives, Cityscape Qatar is set to be an essential event for anyone interested in Qatar’s real estate market.
