The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani recently concluded his trip to New York, where he led the State of Qatar’s delegation at the 79th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in the United States. The Amir was accompanied by an official delegation during his visit to the UNGA. While at the UNGA, the Amir participated in the opening session and engaged in various meetings with world leaders, including a meeting with the Crown Prince of Kuwait and the UN Secretary-General.

During his time in New York, the Amir’s participation in the UNGA highlighted Qatar’s commitment to global cooperation and addressing important issues facing the international community.
