The Qatar Meteorology Department issued a warning about the high rising humidity and the possibility of mist to fog formation in certain areas of Doha. This could lead to a decrease in horizontal visibility to less than two kilometers. The weather inshore tonight until 6 am tomorrow is expected to be humid with haze, becoming misty to foggy in some places. The minimum temperature is anticipated to be 32°C, while the maximum temperature may reach up to 38°C. The offshore conditions will also be humid, hazy to misty in certain areas later.

The QMD’s daily weather report indicates that the wind inshore will be mainly northeasterly at a speed of 3 to 13 knots. Offshore, the wind is expected to be mainly northeasterly to southeasterly at a similar speed range. Visibility is forecasted to be between 4 to 9 kilometers, dropping to 2 kilometers or less in certain locations. The sea state inshore is projected to be 1 to 2 feet, while offshore it will range from 1 to 3 feet. Additionally, the sunrise is scheduled for 05:18 and sunset at 17:40.

For specific areas in Qatar, the QMD provides high tide and low tide timings. In Messaid, the high tide is at 14:11, while the low tide is at 03:46. In Wakrah, the high tide occurs at 12:49 and the low tide at 04:21. Doha experiences a high tide at 12:37 and a low tide at 03:10. Al Khor has high tide at 20:54 and low tide at 10:50. Ruwais has its high tide at 10:50 and low tide at 04:23. Lastly, Dukhan has a high tide at 04:09 and a low tide at 16:28.

It is important for residents and visitors in Qatar to be aware of the weather conditions forecasted by the Qatar Meteorology Department. Due to the high rising humidity and potential mist to fog formation, there could be reduced visibility in certain areas. It is advisable to take necessary precautions while driving or engaging in outdoor activities during these conditions. With the temperature expected to reach 38°C in Doha, staying hydrated and avoiding direct sunlight for extended periods is recommended. Offshore activities may also be affected by the hazy and misty conditions, so it is essential to stay informed and plan accordingly.

The wind patterns both inshore and offshore are expected to be variable, with speeds ranging from 3 to 13 knots. The visibility may drop to 2 kilometers or less in certain places later, posing a potential risk to navigation and transportation. Sea conditions are relatively calm, with heights ranging from 1 to 3 feet offshore. Understanding the weather and sea state forecasts provided by the QMD can help individuals make informed decisions and ensure safety while traveling or engaging in maritime activities. By being prepared and mindful of the changing weather conditions, one can minimize risks and enjoy a pleasant experience in Qatar.
