Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has hinted that this could be his last season at the club after a stunning performance against Manchester United. In a match where Salah scored and provided two assists, he announced that he wants to enjoy his final year at Anfield. The Egyptian footballer has been a key player for Liverpool, scoring 214 goals since joining in 2017, and setting a record as the highest-scoring visiting player at Old Trafford.

Despite Liverpool’s success under new manager Arne Slot, Salah’s future remains uncertain as he has been linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League. While the club reportedly rejected a £150 million bid for him last year, Salah’s contract is set to expire at the end of the season. Along with other key players like Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold, Salah could be tempted to make a move to Saudi Arabia next summer.

Liverpool have had a strong start to the season under Slot, winning their first three Premier League games without conceding a goal. The team’s performance against Manchester United showcased their ability to press high and score from various situations. Slot has been praised for his tactical approach, although questions remain about how the Reds will cope if Salah decides to leave at the end of the season.

While Salah’s future at Liverpool is uncertain, Slot has expressed his happiness with the player’s current contribution to the team. Despite rumors of a possible move to the Saudi Pro League, Salah remains committed to Liverpool for now. As the season progresses, fans will be eagerly watching to see how Salah’s situation unfolds and whether he will stay or seek a new challenge in the future.
