Qatari swimmers’ impressive performance at the Arab Aquatics Championships in Cairo

Qatar’s swimming team continues to make a splash at the 3rd Arab Aquatics Championships in Cairo, Egypt. On the third day of the competition, the team secured four more medals – two silver and two bronze. Abdullah Al Khaldi clinched the silver in the 100-meter breaststroke race for the 17-18 age group, while Hamza Mahmoud took home silver in the 200-meter medley race for the 15-16 age group. Tamim Mohammed and Marwan Ahmed also contributed to the team’s success by winning bronze in their respective events.

These latest medals come on the heels of the team’s impressive performance on the first two days of the championships. Qatar had already secured a total of 11 medals, with a mix of silver and bronze across various events. The team’s consistent success highlights their talent and dedication to the sport of swimming. With each race, the swimmers are proving themselves as strong contenders on the Arab aquatics stage.
