MASIN, a well-known consultancy firm specializing in engineering and construction disputes and arbitrations, is collaborating with the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre to organize an exclusive event in Muscat. The event will focus on Arbitrations in Construction Contracts and Dispute Management and will take place on 28 August 2024 at the Crowne Plaza, Qurum Heights, Muscat, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM GST. The event will feature two panel discussions with leading experts and practitioners in the field.

The second panel discussion, “Navigating the Burden of Proof: A Spotlight on Construction Contract and Dispute Management,” will delve into the complexities of managing disputes in construction contracts, with a focus on the burden of proof. This session will be moderated by Pallavi S Chavan of MASIN and will include insights from Dr. Shehab Farouk, Gerard Moore, Amir Mahdavi, and Mayank Singh Thakur.
