UAE Weather: Dubai Experiences Light Rain as Temperatures Soar to 49ºC in the Country

The National Centre of Meteorology has predicted a fair day with partly cloudy skies in the UAE. Clouds are expected to appear in the northern and eastern regions, with light to moderate winds blowing throughout the day. Wind speeds are predicted to reach up to 40km/h, causing blowing dust at times. Residents are advised to stay updated on the latest weather news by following KT on WhatsApp Channels.

In Dubai, a slight drizzle was reported in Jumeirah, bringing some relief to residents from the scorching temperatures. Despite the light shower, temperatures in the country are expected to soar as high as 49ºC. Mercury is set to rise to 46ºC in Abu Dhabi and 44ºC in Dubai, with slightly lower temperatures of 32ºC and 31ºC respectively during the evening. Mountainous regions may experience temperatures as low as 21ºC.

Humidity levels are predicted to range from 20 to 55 per cent in Abu Dhabi and from 20 to 70 per cent in Dubai. Conditions at sea are expected to be slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman sea. Residents are advised to stay hydrated and take necessary precautions to stay safe under the hot weather conditions.

In summary, the UAE is expected to experience a fair day with partly cloudy skies, light to moderate winds, and a chance of a slight drizzle in some regions. While temperatures are forecasted to be as high as 49ºC, there may be some relief in the form of a light shower. Residents are advised to stay updated on the latest weather developments and take necessary precautions to combat the high temperatures.
