The procedures of the law are designed to suit the Qatari society and alleviate the burden on family members, as it now obligates heirs to request the division of the inheritance within a month of the death registration.

The organization is working on developing linking mechanisms to serve inheritance procedures and enforcing judgments after the issuance of Law No. (4) of 2024, which deals with the Judicial Enforcement Law.
