One of the key achievements mentioned during the ceremony was the launch of a diploma programme for sterilisation technicians in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour. During the event, the head of the Sterilisation Services Department introduced an interactive session using artificial intelligence technology, featuring a virtual character.
