The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Doha, Qatar has launched a survey to evaluate the digital inclusivity of citizens and residents. The survey, which began with SMS messages and will now progress to personal interviews, aims to gather insights on how people in Qatar engage with digital technologies and how inclusivity can be improved. The survey will wrap up on June 8, 2024.

The ministry is urging active participation in the survey to ensure accurate results that reflect the digital experiences and needs of the community. By understanding these needs, the government can work towards meeting them and enhancing digital services throughout Qatar. The data collected will be used to improve inclusivity and will contribute to the creation of a Digital Inclusivity Index report, set to be released in July 2024.

Participants can rest assured that their data will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used to enhance digital services and inclusivity in Qatar. The ministry is committed to protecting the privacy of survey respondents and ensuring that the information gathered is used for the betterment of the digital landscape in the state.

By engaging in this survey, residents and citizens of Qatar have the opportunity to play a role in shaping the future of digital services in the country. By sharing their experiences and needs, participants can help create a more inclusive digital environment that meets the requirements of all individuals in Qatar.

The ministry’s dedication to improving digital inclusivity highlights their commitment to providing accessible and innovative digital services to all residents. The survey serves as a valuable tool in gathering insights and feedback from the community and will be used to inform future initiatives and policies aimed at enhancing digital inclusivity.

Overall, the survey launched by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology is an important step towards understanding and addressing the digital needs of residents and citizens in Qatar. By participating in this survey, individuals can contribute to the development of a more inclusive digital landscape that benefits everyone in the state.
