A three-day leadership training course, titled “Self Leadership in an Agile World”, successfully concluded at Hotel InterContinental Muscat. The course, jointly organised by The Art of Living Oman and TLEX Institute of Switzerland, was led by world-renowned expert Christoph Glaser, who has over 25 years of management experience in various business organisations. The programme was attended by local Omani executives, leaders, and expatriate professionals, highlighting topics like health and happiness, emotional intelligence, business and personal excellence, and meditation and mind management.

Glaser emphasized the importance of effective leadership in today’s dynamic environment, where uncertainties and pressures are common. He holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Humboldt-Viadrina School of Governance in Berlin and has led leadership programmes across the world in over 50 countries. As the CEO of TLEX Europe and managing director at the World Forum for Ethics in Business, Glaser shared his insights on mindfulness and the necessity of breath-based techniques in today’s fast-paced world.

The workshop aimed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to lead in an agile world, focusing on self-leadership and understanding how to navigate challenges and opportunities effectively. Glaser’s expertise, combined with his practical experience, provided valuable insights to the attendees, empowering them to enhance their leadership capabilities and succeed in their professional endeavors.

The training course covered a wide range of topics, including emotional intelligence, business excellence, personal development, and meditation. Glaser’s interactive sessions and engaging presentations captivated the audience, encouraging active participation and a collaborative learning environment. The participants were able to learn practical strategies and techniques that they could immediately apply in their personal and professional lives.

The diverse group of attendees, comprising both Omani and expatriate professionals, contributed to a rich and stimulating learning experience, as participants shared their experiences and perspectives on leadership and personal growth. Glaser’s engaging teaching style and insightful content resonated with the audience, sparking meaningful discussions and encouraging self-reflection among the participants.

Overall, the leadership training course provided a valuable opportunity for professionals in Muscat to enhance their leadership skills, gain new insights, and connect with like-minded individuals. The collaboration between The Art of Living Oman and TLEX Institute of Switzerland brought together expertise from both organizations, creating a holistic and impactful learning experience for the attendees. Christoph Glaser’s leadership and expertise left a lasting impression on the participants, inspiring them to embrace self-leadership and lead with confidence in an agile world.
