Committee recognizes partners of Milipol Qatar 2024

The Milipol Qatar Committee recently held a ceremony to honor the sponsors and supporters of the 15th Milipol Qatar Exhibition and Conference in 2024. The Committee Chairman, Major General Nasser bin Fahad Al Thani, expressed his gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of the event and wished for continued success in future editions. The exhibition, which covered an area of more than 23,000 square meters, featured over 250 international and national companies specializing in internal security and safety. Additionally, more than 350 official delegations, including high-level officials and senior security figures, participated in the event.

The Chairman highlighted the efforts of the Milipol partners, including supporting and exhibiting companies, as well as local authorities in the State and relevant Ministry of Interior departments. The event also included an external display area showcasing the Ministry of Interior’s fleet of vehicles. One of the key attractions of this edition was ‘The International AI Serving Homeland Security and Safety Conference.’ This conference addressed crucial topics related to artificial intelligence and security challenges, complemented by seminars on security aspects linked to the technological products and equipment showcased by the exhibitors.

During the ceremony, Major General Nasser bin Fahad Al Thani recognized and honored the companies that sponsored and supported the Milipol Qatar 2024 event. One of the individuals recognized at the ceremony was Abdulrahman Al Shafi, the Director of Cyber Security Strategies and Policies at NCSA. His contributions to the field of cybersecurity were acknowledged during the event, showcasing the importance of cybersecurity in the context of internal security and safety. The event served as a platform for industry professionals to come together, exchange knowledge and expertise, and showcase the latest advancements in security technology.

The successful participation of international and national companies, along with the presence of official delegations and high-level officials, underscored the significance of the Milipol Qatar Exhibition and Conference in advancing discussions on internal security and safety.
