The Algerian Products Exhibition at the DECC in Doha, Qatar was inaugurated by Minister of Environment and Climate Change HE Dr Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie, Algerian Minister of Trade and Exports Promotion HE Tayeb Zitouni, and Qatar Businessmen Association Chairman HE Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani. The event, which runs from October 22 to October 26, brings together over 150 companies offering a wide range of products and goods. The Algerian Minister praised the strong Qatar-Algeria relations and expressed hope that the exhibition would lead to increased cooperation and trade between the two countries.

The Algerian Minister highlighted the influx of Qatari investors into Algeria in recent years, both in the public and private sectors. He emphasized that the current trade volume between the two countries does not meet the ambitions of officials and expressed optimism that the exhibition would help intensify trade exchange. Meanwhile, HE Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani urged businessmen to seize the economic opportunities provided by both countries to strengthen Qatari-Algerian economic relations in terms of commerce and investment. He hoped that the exhibition would facilitate increased Algerian exports to Doha and foster new partnerships between Qatari and Algerian businessmen.

Chairman of the Algerian Economic Renewal Council, Kamel Moula, noted that holding the exhibition in Qatar signifies the growing relationship between the two nations and their joint efforts to establish more partnerships and expand bilateral projects in various sectors. He emphasized the importance of increasing cooperation and collaboration between the two countries to support economic growth and development. The event aims to create a platform for Qatari and Algerian businessmen to explore potential joint ventures and investment opportunities in Doha as well as in Algeria.

The exhibition provides a unique opportunity for Algerian companies to showcase their products and services to a new market in Qatar. It also serves as a platform for business networking and exploring potential partnerships with Qatari counterparts. This event aligns with Qatar’s efforts to strengthen its economic ties with Algeria and promote cross-border trade and investment. The Algerian Products Exhibition highlights the diversification of Qatar’s import sources and supports the growth of the Algerian economy through increased exports.

The involvement of high-ranking officials from both countries underscores the significance of the exhibition in fostering economic cooperation and strengthening bilateral relations. By bringing together key stakeholders from the government and private sectors, the event creates a conducive environment for dialogue, collaboration, and business development. The presence of top officials at the inauguration emphasizes the commitment of both countries to enhancing economic ties and exploring new avenues for partnership and investment.

In conclusion, the Algerian Products Exhibition at the DECC in Doha serves as a platform for enhancing economic cooperation between Qatar and Algeria. The event showcases the diverse range of Algerian products and provides a valuable opportunity for Qatari and Algerian businesses to establish new partnerships and explore potential joint ventures. The exhibition reflects the growing trade and investment opportunities between the two nations and highlights the commitment of both countries to strengthening their economic ties. Through collaboration and mutual engagement, Qatar and Algeria aim to promote sustainable economic growth and create a conducive environment for trade and investment.
