Flights between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Lebanon via Air Arabia have been suspended indefinitely due to the escalating conflict between Israel and Hezbollah. The airline spokesperson confirmed that flights to Beirut from both Sharjah and Abu Dhabi are suspended until further notice. This decision comes as tensions rise in the region, and it is unclear when flights will resume. Passengers are advised to stay updated on the latest news regarding the situation.

Other UAE-based airlines, such as Emirates and Etihad Airways, have also extended their flight cancellations to Beirut. Emirates has suspended flights to and from the Lebanese capital until October 8, while Etihad Airways has suspended trips to Lebanon until October 3. Passengers who were planning to transit through Dubai and Abu Dhabi with a final destination to Beirut will not be accepted for travel from their point of origin, according to the two airlines’ policies.

In addition to Air Arabia, flydubai has also cancelled flights to Beirut until October 7. The carrier’s spokesperson stated that due to the ongoing developments in the region, flights between Dubai International (DXB) and Beirut International Airport (BEY) have been cancelled from September 24 to October 7. Flydubai will continue to monitor the situation closely and adjust its flight schedule accordingly to ensure the safety and well-being of its passengers.

The decision to suspend flights between the UAE and Lebanon comes as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of passengers and crew members amidst the escalating conflict in the region. The airlines are closely monitoring the situation and will resume operations once it is deemed safe to do so. Passengers are advised to check with their respective airlines for updates on flight schedules and any changes to travel plans.

As tensions escalate in the region, airlines are taking precautionary measures to prioritize the safety and security of their passengers. The indefinite suspension of flights between the UAE and Lebanon via Air Arabia, as well as other UAE-based airlines, reflects the seriousness of the situation and the need for caution. Passengers are urged to stay informed about the latest developments and follow guidelines provided by the airlines to ensure smooth travel experiences once flights resume.

Travel disruptions are expected to continue until the situation in the region stabilizes. Airlines are working diligently to adjust their schedules and accommodate affected passengers accordingly. While flight cancellations may inconvenience travelers, safety remains the top priority for airlines during times of conflict and uncertainty. Passengers are encouraged to remain patient and flexible as airlines work to navigate the challenges presented by the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hezbollah.
