The National Centre of Meteorology has predicted a fair and partly cloudy day with the possibility of convective clouds forming in the east by afternoon. Light to moderate winds are expected to blow, occasionally freshening and causing blowing dust. Temperatures may soar to a high of 46ºC in the UAE, with Abu Dhabi reaching 42ºC and Dubai 39ºC. However, temperatures could drop to as low as 30ºC in Abu Dhabi, 32ºC in Dubai, and 22ºC in mountainous regions. It is advised to stay updated with the latest news through KT’s WhatsApp Channels.

As night falls and Saturday morning approaches, humidity is expected to increase with a chance of fog or mist formation over some western areas. Humidity levels are anticipated to range from 20 to 85 per cent in Abu Dhabi and from 20 to 75 per cent in Dubai. Conditions at sea are predicted to be slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman sea. It is essential to stay informed and take necessary precautions to stay safe and prepared for any weather changes.

With the rising temperatures, it is crucial to stay hydrated, seek shade, and wear appropriate clothing to protect yourself from the scorching sun. Additionally, it is important to monitor your exposure to the sun and take breaks indoors to avoid heat-related illnesses. Being aware of the weather forecast and implementing proper safety measures can help prevent any adverse effects of extreme heat on your health.

As the temperatures fluctuate throughout the day, it is advisable to plan outdoor activities during cooler hours, such as early morning or late evening. Limiting strenuous activities during peak heat periods can reduce the risk of heat exhaustion or heat stroke. It is vital to prioritize your well-being and listen to your body’s cues for rest and hydration to maintain optimal health in hot weather conditions.

In conclusion, staying informed about the weather forecast and being prepared for varying temperatures is essential for maintaining your health and well-being during hot days. By following these tips and taking necessary precautions, you can enjoy outdoor activities safely and comfortably. Remember to stay hydrated, seek shade, and monitor your exposure to the sun to prevent heat-related illnesses. Stay updated with the latest news and weather updates to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience in the UAE’s warm climate.
