In a significant win for the ‘Make in India’ initiative, Tata Advanced Systems has inked a deal with the Kingdom of Morocco’s Royal Armed Forces for the local production of Wheeled Armoured Platform. This marks a major milestone for Tata Aerospace & Defence as they expand their reach as a Defence OEM. The collaboration with DRDO and Tata Motors has led to the development of WhAP, an indigenously designed and developed amphibious wheeled combat vehicle.
