Qatar Takes Part in the Tenth International Conference on Arabic Language in Dubai

The State of Qatar recently participated in the Tenth International Conference on the Arabic Language, which was organized by the International Council for the Arabic Language and held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The conference, which took place from October 10 to 12, aimed to exchange experiences and ideas that would contribute to the service and advancement of the Arabic language. Attendees also discussed the challenges facing the Arabic language and presented research and working papers on the subject.

Leading the delegation from the State of Qatar at the conference was H E Dr. Ibrahim bin Saleh Al Naimi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. His active participation in various aspects of the event, such as the opening ceremony, award distribution, and a seminar on linguistic national security in Arab countries, highlighted Qatar’s commitment to the promotion of the Arabic language. This presence underscored Qatar’s leadership role in supporting and preserving the Arabic language.
