Doha, Qatar – Fans attending the Associated Activities surrounding the Arab Cup Qatar 2025 will have access to complimentary transportation thanks to a new initiative by the Workers Support and Insurance Fund in partnership with Karwa. Free shuttle buses will operate from several key locations in Doha to the event venues in Asian Town, Barwa Baraha, and Kreeq Sports starting December 4th, 2025. This service aims to enhance accessibility and ensure a smooth experience for attendees enjoying the festivities related to the Arab Cup Qatar 2025.

Free Transportation for Arab Cup Qatar 2025 Associated Activities

The shuttle service will begin picking up passengers from 3pm to 7pm daily, with return trips running from 9pm to midnight. Designated pick-up points include areas near Umm Ghuwailina (opposite Toyota signal), Salahuddeen Street (opposite Al Asmakh (Bukhari) Masjid and near Al Watan Center). The service will be available on December 4th and 5th, as well as December 11th and 12th, culminating with transportation offered during Qatar National Day celebrations on December 18th, 2025.

Event Locations & Accessibility

The Associated Activities are spread across several locations within the greater Doha area. The car park of the cricket stadium in Asian Town, situated within the Doha Industrial Area, will host a portion of the events. Activities will also be held at the football ground of Barwa Baraha, managed by Waseef.

Additionally, Kreeq Sports Stadium, located behind Barwa Village and opposite Madinatna, will feature musical performances by artists from Pakistan throughout the event dates. Events are also planned for Al Khor, hosted by the Barwa Recreation Complex in the Al Khor Industrial Area, further expanding opportunities for fans to participate in the celebrations.

Variety of Entertainment and Services Offered

The Associated Activities offer a diverse range of entertainment beyond just watching the football matches. Attendees can enjoy free screenings of Arab Cup Qatar 2025 games, alongside cultural and traditional performances presented by various communities and local school teams.

Local bands and talent shows will provide additional musical entertainment, according to organizers. Beyond entertainment, the organizing committee has also arranged a raffle draw with valuable prizes. The Ministry of Interior is participating with safety and security awareness programs, enhancing public safety during the events. Private clinics will also provide free diabetic and blood pressure checkups, adding a health and wellness component to the festivities. This focus on community engagement is a key element of the celebrations, fostering a sense of inclusivity.

The Workers Support and Insurance Fund regularly coordinates initiatives to support the labor force and improve quality of life. This collaboration with Karwa for the Arab Cup festivities demonstrates a commitment to ensuring accessibility for a wider range of attendees. Similar transportation solutions have been implemented during other major sporting events in Qatar, such as the FIFA World Cup 2022, to manage traffic congestion and provide convenient options for fans. Public transportation infrastructure in Qatar is undergoing continuous development to support growing event tourism.

While the shuttle service addresses transportation to and from the venues, attendees should also consider available metro and bus connections for broader travel within Doha. Details regarding existing public transportation options can be found on the Qatar Rail website and the Mowasalat (Karwa) website. These resources should be consulted for planning comprehensive travel arrangements, especially during peak event times. The success of the Arab Cup Qatar 2025 events will rely, in part, on the efficient flow of people and smooth accessibility to each location.

Looking ahead, organizers will likely monitor ridership and adjust the shuttle service schedule as needed throughout the event dates. They will also assess the overall effectiveness of the transportation plan based on attendee feedback and traffic patterns. Further updates and any potential modifications to the shuttle service will be communicated through official event channels and local media outlets. Any unforeseen logistical challenges remain a possibility, so continued monitoring of event announcements is advised.
