WO-RK, a new workspace located at Burjuman Metro Station, offers commuters a convenient office space within one of Dubai’s busiest metro stations. The workspace opened on June 25 in partnership with the RTA, offering rates starting from Dh35 per day. The founder of The Co-Spaces, Shahzad Bhatti, explained that the workspace accommodates up to 100 people and operates from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays. The space offers day passes, part-time membership, and full-time membership options at affordable rates.

WO-RK @Burjuman Metro was selected by the RTA due to its strategic location as the busiest metro station. The workspace aims to provide a convenient and flexible option for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and individuals with hybrid work schedules in Dubai. By eliminating the need for car commuting and offering last-mile transport solutions, WO-RK @Burjuman Metro contributes to a sustainable urban environment. The workspace also accommodates people of all ages, including students and employees, with affordable pricing packages.

The concept of co-working spaces is not new to the founder of The Co-Spaces, who was introduced to it in London in the early 2000s. With the launch of WO-RK @Burjuman Metro, The Co-Spaces aims to redefine the entrepreneurial environment in Dubai. The workspace provides members with the flexibility to book private offices, meeting rooms, or access open-plan spaces according to their needs, promoting a healthy work/life balance. The initiative aligns with Dubai’s Urban Plan 2040, which focuses on enhancing accessibility and integration to make Dubai a leading global city for living.

The renovated workspace at Burjuman Metro Station offers an additional and alternative option for individuals looking for a conducive work environment away from distractions. WO-RK @Burjuman Metro is open to anyone seeking a convenient, affordable space to focus and work. By offering a variety of workspaces, including private offices and meeting rooms, the space caters to the evolving needs of individuals beyond traditional fixed work environments. With a focus on sustainability and innovation, WO-RK @Burjuman Metro aims to support a diverse range of professionals in Dubai.

The launch of WO-RK @Burjuman Metro highlights the progressive workspace ethos adopted by The Co-Spaces, a business incubator certified by Dubai SME. As a provider of innovative co-working solutions, The Co-Spaces aims to cultivate a sustainable urban environment and reduce congestion and carbon emissions. By embracing hybrid workspaces, WO-RK caters to the changing needs of individuals in the workforce, offering a versatile and adaptable environment for all members. The workspace aligns with Dubai’s vision to become a leading city for living, with improved accessibility and integration.
