The Sultanate of Oman is currently in the final stages of selecting a new visual identity for its Oman Nation brand. The voting drive for the brand’s logo has garnered a positive response from Omani citizens and residents, with the fourth and final day of voting set for Sunday, December 29, 2024. The winning logo will be revealed in early 2025 and will be used as the official logo for Oman’s long-term nation branding strategy.

Eng. Aisha Mohammed Al Saifi, Director of Oman’s Unified Promotional Nation Brand Project, has encouraged all individuals in Oman to participate in the voting campaign. She emphasized the importance of selecting a distinct and authentic visual identity that best represents the nation’s values, aspirations, and national story. The chosen logo will shape how Oman is perceived globally, attracting foreign investment, tourism, and trade, while also enhancing the country’s economy and society.

The visual identity voting campaign is an integral part of Oman’s nation branding strategy, aimed at positively impacting the perception of Oman on a global scale. The three brand visual identities on the ballot blend traditional and contemporary Omani design elements in a visually appealing manner. The identities were developed through an extensive 12-month research process overseen by a Creative Committee comprising Omani creative professionals.

The voting process is simple and can be done through the official voting website, www.omanbrand.om. It serves as an opportunity for Omani citizens and residents to have a say in shaping Oman’s national story and contributing to the country’s future. Eng. Al Saifi has urged everyone to participate in the campaign, as it represents a chance to be part of an exciting new chapter in Oman’s development.

The selected Oman Nation brand visual identity will play a crucial role in how the country is perceived internationally, with the potential to attract investment, tourism, and other opportunities. By showcasing the unique culture and values of Oman through the brand logo, the country aims to position itself as an attractive destination for both locals and foreigners, supporting the growth and development of the economy and society.

In conclusion, the Oman Nation brand visual identity voting campaign offers Omani citizens and residents a chance to shape the future of their country and contribute to its global image. By participating in the voting process, individuals can play a role in building a positive and authentic representation of Oman that resonates with both domestic and international audiences. The final day of voting on December 29, 2024, presents an opportunity for all Omanis to have their voice heard and make a meaningful impact on the nation’s long-term branding strategy.
