Shamsa Al Falasi, an Emirati woman, started her career as an intern and rose to become the CEO of Citibank N.A., UAE Onshore, breaking the glass ceiling in a male-dominated industry. She attributes her success to continuous learning and self-evaluation every six months. Before becoming CEO, she held various roles and worked in several countries, gaining diverse experiences that helped shape her career.
