The Youth Club Handball Team has arrived in Qatar for the 27th Asian Club League Championship

The Youth Club team from Bahrain is currently participating in the 27th Asian Club League Handball Championship in Doha, Qatar. The championship, hosted by Al Rayyan Club, is taking place from November 12 to 23 and also serves as a qualifier for the 2025 IHF Men’s Super Globe. The matches are being held at the Duhail Handball Sports Hall, organized by the Qatar Handball Federation.

The delegation and team management for Youth Club include a strong leadership team. The delegation leader is Sadiq Al Aswad, a board member and General Secretary. Accompanying officials include Abdullah Al Mawlani as Vice President, Jassim Ahmed as Game Manager, and Mohammad Tariq as Team Administrator. The coaching staff consists of Head Coach Ahmed Mansoor Al Madhoob, Assistant Coach Mohammad Faisal, Fitness Coach Taher Mohammad, Physiotherapist Ali Ahmad, and Equipment Manager Shakoor.

The team representing Youth Club consists of 20 talented players. Among them are backcourt players like Adam Al Nasheet, Nader Sami, Ali Mohammad Khalil, Ahmad Redha, and Ali Redha. The team also includes wing players such as Mohammad Jafar Al Qamar, Jassim Khamees, Hussain Khamees, Hussein Radi, and Ali Al Dhaiya. The goalkeepers for the team are Anas Bin Suleiman and Jihad Bin Araar. Other key players include Hassan Shehab, Isa Jawad, Abdullah Abdul Karim, Qassim Al Shuweikh, Qassim Aqeel, Abdullah Al Sultanah, and Hussein Majid.

In the group stage of the championship, Youth Club has been placed in Group A along with Al Rayyan from Qatar, Kuwait Club from Kuwait, and Sharjah Club from the UAE. Their scheduled matches include an opening match against Al Rayyan on November 12, a second match against Kuwait Club on November 14, and a final group stage match against Sharjah Club on November 16. The team is focused on delivering strong performances in the group stage to secure a spot in the next round of the championship.

Overall, the Youth Club team is determined to put on a competitive showing at the 27th Asian Club League Handball Championship in Qatar. With a talented roster of players, dedicated coaching staff, and strong team management, they are aiming for success in the group stage matches and beyond.
