The Qatar International Arabic Calligraphy Competition, known as Al Raqeem, was inaugurated by Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs H E Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanim at the Qatar Museum in collaboration with the Museum of Islamic Art.
